Purchase Agreement
By accepting delivery of any product delivered from the R.E. Source Store (or Lakeshore Power Systems), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and The R.E. Source Store agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between the Customer and The R.E. Source Store. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from the R.E. Source Store.

1. Product Return Procedure:

• To return a product to the R.E. Source Store, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within 30 days. The R.E. Source Store will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by the R.E. Source Store. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. The Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
• The Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to the R.E. Source Store. The Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. The Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.
• Restocking Fee's and exceptions - see below.

The Customer agrees that

• all returned products will be 100% complete,
• in re-saleable condition, and
• will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

We regret that we can no longer accept items back for refund where the manufacturers box has been used to ship the product back to us. No other customer will accept this product after it has been covered in packing tape, stickers, pen, marker, or ship labels. We will refuse these shipments and will not process the RMA.

Terms and Conditions of Sale:

Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. The R.E. Source Store is not responsible for errors in typography and/or photography. All parts come with original manufacturer warranty and technical support is handled by the respective manufacturers. Customer pays return shipping on all services. The R.E. Source Store reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

The R.E. Source Store accepts the following Payment Methods:

• Paypal
• Email- Offline order processing with VISA, Mastercard, or American Express
• Prepaid Company Check, Personal Check, Cashier Check or Money Order
  (Note: All Prepaid Orders will take longer to process due to all checks must be cleared, including Cashier's Check due to the existence of fraudulent checks.)
• Purchase Orders (must be approved by credit department)

Restocking Fee

Merchandise purchased through the R.E. Source Store may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or a credit towards your account only if in new and unopened/unused condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Trackers, mounts, batteries, inverters and charge controllers are generally not returnable. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless an error was made by the R.E. Source Store in shipping. Before returning an item, you must have an RMA number. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing Time
Your order will be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. The R.E. Source Store does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.

Back Orders
Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. You will be contacted VIA email regarding the status of any back-ordered items, and an estimated time of delivery.

Order Status
The R.E. Source Store will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Where available, your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped.

Security
Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. No credit card information for direct on-line orders is ever handled by the R.E. Source Store.

Privacy
The R.E. Source Store respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only.

Change Orders
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been charged. Please call during business hours to change your order. Please always have your order number ready.

Cancel Order
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during our business hours to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approx. 1-2 business days.

Product Listings
The R.E. Source Store product descriptions are not designed or intended to replace your personal product knowledge, experience and/or research or that of a professional installer or licensed electrician.

The R.E. Source Store strives to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions, compatibility references, information content, pricing, links and any other product information contained in or referenced on our site. However, occasional human error may occur and we therefore cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is entirely accurate, complete, current, or that we are responsible for these errors. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or any other error, The R.E. Source Store at its sole discretion shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product and immediately amend, correct or remove the inaccurate information.
