TRUE-NORTH Power NG's newest turbine development with low intertia carbon fiber blades that are virtually silent and Active Flight Control (AFC).  AFC is a technical breakthrough that eliminates the need for mechanical furling and provides optimal power at all wind speeds.  No mechanical furling means fewer parts.

Fewer parts = Lower cost = More rugged.

When major storms threaten the turbine, the AFC automatically shuts the system down safely and then restarts after a selectable time delay.  This makes the ARROW the simplest, most powerful, most reliable small wind turbine available.

AFC Explained:

When high winds hit, small wind turbines furl to hide from the power.  Now with "Active Flight Control" AFC technology the WIND ARROW will stay facing the wind and producing power until 40-50 mph.  In normal weather, AFC constantly monitors the rpm and voltage coming from the turbine to feed smooth DC power to the batteries.
