Did you know that:

1. The R.E. source Store conducts all business in Canadian dollars, and that credit card companies, or Paypal will provide automatic currency conversion for you?
2. The R.E. source Store maintains stocking warehouses for many of our products in the USA? We have warehouses in New York State, and California that stock many of the items you may order from us. These products are shipped directly from our warehouses to you, without ever crossing the border. Please call us to identify if your specific items will ship from Canada or the USA.
3. Orders shipped from Canada may be subject to US customs fees that are not covered by us? Orders over $200 in value (or anything that ships via freight transport, regardless of value) and which ship from Canada will be subject to US customs fees including brokerage, and any and all taxes. You are responsible for providing your own Broker on orders shipped from Canada. Order confirmation acknowledges that you are aware of the need for brokerage, and will provide brokerage information when needed. Failure to provide brokerage information may cause your order to be frozen at the border, or returned to us. In the event that your order is returned to us, you will be given the option of a refund on your order (less applicable shipping and restocking fee's) or providing Broker information has been established, we will re-ship your order. Reshipment fees are equal to your original ship fee and must be paid in advance of reshipment.
